If I understand what you mean, I only have the melody and not the original notation ... we can talk about it.

Maybe everyone can then make their own proposal and we can discuss it

Let me know so I can post it

... I don't know him, I am happy to participate in the writing of a theme based on the melody that JazzMania will propose.

...so you've satisfied your whim

Anyway, this wouldn't be bad to analyze either

I ask for forgiveness :-)

Yes, this one would also be nice to analyze; it is simpler than the other one, but it seems to me that here there is real modulation.

... don't you find this standard a bit
naggings to harmonize, I say pretending not to know what you proposed?

What alternatives would you offer?

A little bit, yes, but do you mean another standard to harmonize?

I mean ...keep the melody and put your own signature under it

Be, it's a different thing; there you are truly harmonizing the melody with chords chosen by yourselves. It's an equally interesting job.

In fact, in my opinion, both are useful.

I'm a bit busy, but if you decide on something I'll try to be there... shall we propose our own signature?

Maybe we could just take a part of it, let's do the first 8 bars and put them in the chorus.

Then whoever wants to can pass the whole thing along

... that way it would also be less demanding, I'm in
