To download videos from YouTube, you need to download a small freeware program from the internet: "aTube Catcher". For the Rai Scuola video posted by Feliciano, the matter is a little more complex. If it is indispensable for you, I will get it myself and post it on a hosting site.

Quicktime or VLC Media Player, both freely downloadable. I recommend VLC which opens practically everything!

There is the program aTubeCatcher. Just paste the address (right-click mouse, "copy") into the URL box: To save only the AUDIO select WAV from the Format box.

Instead, to process videos downloaded from YouTube, you can use the MOVIE MAKER program provided for free with the Windows system.

Suitable formats for audio and video processing are

- for AUDIO only: WAV PCM 16bit 44100Hz Standard

- for VIDEO AVI Microsoft MPEG4v3 (VBR)

Perhaps useful, to prevent advertising on YouTube there is instead another program called "AdBlock Plus"
