1923 grand piano in need of overhaul (felts, mechanical actions, soundboard).
I have obtained some quotes and it can be refurbished for 4000/5000 euros.
Despite the work required, the piano is holding its tuning and I still play it with satisfaction.
It was recently tuned to A at 432 Hz for audio/musical research purposes.
