ICAMS and the Province of Cosenza, in collaboration with the "S. Giacomantonio" Conservatory of Music in Cosenza, announce the 4th "Luciano Luciani" International Piano Competition reserved for citizens of any nationality and without age limits. The competition will be held in Cosenza at the Casa della Musica from May 8 to 11, 2014.

The program consists of 3 rounds:
Preliminary Round (Maximum duration 20 minutes)
· Mandatory performance of one Etude of choice from those by F. Chopin, F. Liszt (excluding op. 1), S. Rachmaninov, C. Debussy, A. Scriabin, S. Prokofiev, G. Ligeti
· One or more pieces of free choice
Semifinal Round (Maximum duration 35 minutes)
· Mandatory performance of one piece from the Romantic period
· Program of free choice
3. Final Round (Maximum duration 45 minutes)
· Mandatory performance of a sonata by Haydn or Mozart or Beethoven
· Program of free choice
