It is guaranteed by Ricordi. Anyway, requesting a list of teachers costs nothing. Doing research is a legitimate thing and it can be done quickly with the help of the internet. In general, I wouldn't trust someone much, nowadays, who, when typing their name on Google, doesn't bring up any results for me, or only brings up very few. But it's not a law, just my thought...
