In another post, I pointed out the possibility for private students to take, in addition to the Diploma exam (D.M. July 4, 2012, until the winter session of February 2014), also the complementary exams necessary for its attainment.

On September 13, 2012, the TAR Abruzzo ruled in favor of a private candidate who had been denied the possibility of taking the Quartet license exam before the Violin Diploma.

In summary, it granted a stay of execution, reserving the right to study the case (not only the one in question but the entire issue), allowing the candidate to take both the license and the diploma.

The door is open.

(moderators please correct that SI in the title and fix this: why strange characters? why are all the initials capitalized?)

First: Watch your tone!! I am not paid by anyone to do what I do in here and therefore I will not allow you or anyone else to treat me as if I were a slave, and I wouldn't allow it even if they paid me, let alone that!!

Second: The fault is neither mine nor the platform's, but Aruba's, which encodes with sets different from UTF-8. If you are able to change their mind, feel free to contact them and express your dissent...

Third: As soon as I notice substitutions for unknown characters in the set, I always provide a solution. If you browse through the forum, you will realize there are no others.

Sorry, which tones should be moderated? I believe I started with "Please". Evidently that is not enough, just let me know.
