The deleted scene "Canine Concert" from the film Amadeus (1984). Mozart, completely broke, goes to Salieri to ask him for a loan. Salieri refuses but intercedes with a very "particular" aristocratic family to procure a new pupil for Mozart. The scene, which is very funny, was removed from the production in the first version primarily because, for narrative purposes, the episode could have caused Mozart (completely unaware of Salieri's deep hatred towards him) to have some suspicions regarding his colleague's good faith. However, it was reintegrated into the "Director's cut version" of the film.
