I agree with what Prosseda says. In a "connected" world, one should not underestimate the push given by social networks. I also agree with the fact that the musician themselves, being interested in promoting their image, can devote more energy to this purpose. Just recently, an American director contacted me on social media to ask for permission to use some of my recordings as a soundtrack for his film. Obviously, if it hadn't been for social networks, he wouldn't have even known about my existence, and thanks to social networks, I was able to enjoy this small satisfaction...

Beautiful Simone, you must "take advantage" of this opportunity, precisely because, especially in the musical field, the presence of performers, composers, arrangers, improvisers, etc., both professionals and amateurs, is so dense as to (paradoxically) make everything somewhat "more difficult," exactly due to the enormous gap between supply and demand.
Even though I am not a professional, I have been able to ascertain that regarding non-Italian realities, there are more chances of obtaining responses but also of undertaking collaborations.
