Listened to like this by ear without sheet music, I must say that I quite like it

great job I would say!! very good!!
if you wanted, you could highlight the bass line but only in certain points, those where it is most significant. But anyway it is beautiful like this.... it is absolutely not indispensable to change anything!! compliments!!

The beginning seems a bit uncertain to me, towards the middle you come out well. A pity about the beginning, well done from the middle onwards!

Thanks Nancy, I am not happy with how I played; in the first measures, the sostenuto and cantabile are barely audible, and then I messed up a bit in the fifth and sixth measures, in short, let's just say I could have done better. At the moment I am overloaded with work and I return home rather tired, and this does not make things easier for me.
P.S. As soon as I can, I will try to make a better version; in the meantime, I'll leave this one.

See, while I was writing the reply, confirmation also arrived from Stefano; it's the beginning that isn't right. Guys, your opinion is a great help to me in order to improve, so please give me your thoughts without holding back, just like last time with Chopin's Prelude

as much as you yourself might feel it a little uncertain at the beginning, in my opinion you have hit all the most important points.... I like your cantabile and the dynamics you gave it.... I also find the choice of tempo to be very precise.....
the rest will mature by continuing to study it. you aren't missing much to master it better and this can be felt...
