Gary Lindsay - Jazz Arranging Techniques (can be purchased from his website)
Robert Larson - Arranging for the Small Jazz Ensemble: A Step-By-Step Guide with Practical Exercises and Recorded Exemples (Amazon, also ebook for Kindle).
