There are access requirements, it's not like with every degree you can do whatever you want...

You have a first-level diploma valid in all universities. Access is often regulated by selection, so if you want to be a doctor...you need to understand anatomy

It should be considered that even a three-year degree in medicine allows you to enroll in a conservatory (for the two-year program) but, assuming you pass the selections, practically speaking you will then have the entire three-year period as debt
