One of my favorites ... but I would have rushed to Crema if there had been a nice chocolate and pear cake, drowned in a sea of chantilly cream and garnished with a few strawberries

Everyone has their own "ailments," even if technically the strawberries (or rather the strawberry....presumably 1 per slice) will be paired with cream and not so much directly with chocolate

The eye also wants its part, and I am referring to the "color"... in this regard, what does the chef suggest?
