Good morning everyone, I wanted an opinion on how to proceed with this problem of a vertical [piano] that I cannot resolve by acting on the escapement button.

The leather on the hammer cap rails is indeed worn, but not completely.

Good morning... to me it seems like a regulation problem rather than wear and tear, but I am not a technician.
Perhaps it would be worth checking if there is any abnormal friction in the mechanism... maybe it's something simple :)
