Hello,

I am new to the forum and would like to ask you for advice on which digital piano to purchase.

I should mention that I have been playing for a short time, about a year and a half of lessons; my study is mostly directed towards jazz and blues and, as my first piano, I purchased a Korg SP170.

Now I would like to move up to something better; informing myself a bit on the internet, I have turned my attention to the three aforementioned models which I think are equivalent as products, but from different brands. My budget is about 1000-1300€.

What can you tell me about this? I am not looking for particular functions, just a nice keyboard, good sounds, recording and split features that would help me in my studies (but I think these are things present on all three models).

Just a curiosity that I couldn't find online: does the Vibraphone sound not exist in the Kawai? Honestly, in some blues improvisations, I really like it as a sound...

P.S. I live near San Marino and I absolutely must find the time to go to Baldacci (who has a good availability of pianos) and try those three pianos in person

thanks in advance, bye

maybe I got the comparison wrong, instead of an rg700gx I'm thinking more of an FP50, the other is too heavy for transport...

I wouldn't know how to help you because of the 3 I only tried the Yamaha, which didn't seem very bright to me!
