Dear friends,
in light of recent events, we have agreed with Co-Administrator Paolo Ferrarelli to make changes to the terms of registration.
It is no longer possible to allow people to enter, defame what we have painstakingly built, and once forcibly removed, send us letters threatening legal action to request the deletion of the incriminating posts.
We have therefore added this postscript:
"By accepting the terms, you are fully aware that in the event of a BAN, your messages will neither be deleted nor modified. If you include sensitive data (first name, last name, residential address, etc.) within such messages, you do so with full awareness of what has just been stated; no one forced you to include them in your posts! The user's acceptance of this rule during registration will be contested by the Pianoconcerto staff in case of legal threats."
Anyone who does not agree with the introduction of this new rule may notify me and will be deleted from our database within 24 hours.
In the event of account deletion, only sensitive data within conversations will be deleted upon request, not the entire post.
Kind regards,
The Administrator,
Simone Renzi
