From what I can see, the keyboard would need leveling, but it could also be an effect of the uneven spacing of the white keys.

However, when I put everything back together, I notice that here and there there are keys 1 mm or less above or below. The depth is 10 for everyone, the hammer escapes at the correct distance recommended by you, even fast passages are feasible (I will post more videos with Chopin's music) but effectively everything could be improved.
It is not enough to press on the key levers. Special weights are needed that simulate the weight of the action, and then the entire regulation of the action must be performed again. It is not certain that the let-off must work at 10 mm. The pre-regulation of the jack parts must also be checked, because it can affect the regulation and the return of the escapement lever.
Could it be that, once the operation you described is correctly performed, the black keys—which, when pressed fully, protrude 1 mm above the white key—turn out to be slightly heavier than the white ones?
The adjustments are all interdependent. Therefore, specific ones cannot be evaluated and modified in isolation. Sometimes one modifies a measurement while trying to compensate for an incorrect adjustment upstream. Instead, one must trace back and strictly apply the individual adjustments according to specifications and/or the pianist's needs. It is also necessary to verify that the restoration interventions have respected the same ones (weights, distances, etc.).
