I have the second printed edition and, following some advice, it has been very useful to me. I would feel comfortable recommending it. The only flaw, in my opinion, is that there are no explanatory figures (for example on supination, rotation, etc.) which makes reading "heavy".
All in all, in my opinion, it is a good book to start from and it is full of interesting references and ideas, with reviews of some books.
