I am attaching a standard taken from "The Real Dr.Jellyfish Book (2nd Ed.) FREE COPY - SMALL" (thanks Doc)
I wonder how original the E-flat in measure 16 is. Viewed this way, it could be a rhythmic anticipation... but I'm not convinced.
What do you think?

Why doesn't it convince you? It picks up the pace of the piece from a rhythmic point of view. Or does the fact that it is flat not convince you?
