@RStrauss

...a pity about the final arpeggio; besides being fast, it is sudden, short-lived, and also in major. Aside from this inertia, I like it, very heartfelt and balanced. Well done!

the purpose was precisely to surprise.

Thank you for the comment, especially for the fact that this time I managed to be brief, contrary to my usual self.

@Antares, the fact is that the piccolina [piccarda] really pushes the piece too far back; in the style chosen by RStrauss, it sounds out of context. In general, the piece flows, it isn't redundant, at some points it doesn't meet my taste... but it's not a technical issue. It seems to me that the path chosen is a good one. It's a shame you don't have an instrument at hand to play it for me

Mine is ready, it will arrive!

Then I will tell you about some news regarding our workshops... bear with me, I'm a bit tied up during this period

Guys, this time I have to say you are right.

I've played through the whole thing 3 times and the ending several times, and I must say that the Picardy third doesn't fit.

I've decided to change it.

Will repost very shortly.

I, on the other hand, followed Strauss's advice and modified the end of the exposition; I removed the tonic arpeggio and left the bass

... you are absolutely right. Actually, I had finished by the deadline, I would have liked to let you hear it performed by TheSimon, but it wasn't possible so I didn't post anymore.

I will send you the score, so you can play it for yourselves
