Conical rosettes

It's a matter of preference. I, for example, prefer conical hammers for the upright piano. Undoubtedly, the choice also depends on the type of repetition regulation. By the way, I neglected to specify (but the technician was surely attentive) that discontinuities obviously also depend on non-uniformity of repetition, which must be corrected with the appropriate paper washers under the repetition springs (the thicker ones at the bottom).

I find the ECCELLENT conical bushings!!! The touch is very precise. As far as energy return is concerned, the hand adapts. It would be a problem if it adapted to "strange" situations, but faced with a well-functioning and well-regulated mechanism, one develops just the right elasticity in the wrist so that even iron could be under the key!!!
