i have just finished editing my new piece; I entered the score editor to print it and saw that my Cubase 8 misinterpreted the values, so the notation is illegible.
My piece has a rhythmic feel in 8; therefore, I entered the score editor and changed the setting by assigning 8 to "Quantize display". I also checked the boxes for "consolidate rests" and "reorder duration".
The readability has improved but it still does not correspond to what I actually played via MIDI.
I have always had these kinds of problems with Cubase too, and it still hasn't understood; once the score is finished, how do I get a file to read with Word, or a text document file etc., so that I can then send or print it
