Good evening everyone, in the piece below there is a dashed line between two notes that I don't know how to play; should I play the first note and the second note joined by the line with the same hand?

Thank you for the answer, but how should a passage of a voice be played from one note to another? Unfortunately, I am learning to play by myself, so I don't know many terms.

Can you differentiate the dynamics of the first voice compared to the second, which is actually a bass (g# a bb a)
