Also because, as you rightly pointed out to me, "there are many other open forums on the internet..." and therefore it would have been easier for me to choose others rather than spending time writing what I have said.
Anyway, since I am here, I would instead like to make some considerations regarding your response, which seemed truly excessively sharp and the result of excessive resentment since, in my opinion, I find no offensive sentence in my observation.
Anyway:
1) the fact that the forum is not paid is not an answer to someone who is spontaneously suggesting some of their difficulties to you; on the contrary, it should be of interest to you if you want the site to grow;
2) the very fact that I have only posted 6 messages is an indication that the difficulties I encountered depend precisely on the immediacy and the ability of the site to "attract" a new visitor. In fact, I did not make criticisms regarding the content;
3) I am not the owner of another forum; otherwise, if so, your "defects" would have been my advantages;
4) I don't see why I should have sent you a private message instead of discussing it with the community? It is so true that many of them gave me kind suggestions, much more than you did, as you seemed more busy defending your wounded pride rather than listening to my simple observations;
5) perhaps it depends on my PC, but when I open "view new content" it always responds with "sorry, no new content found" even if I haven't read the new messages yet.
I am sorry that this sterile polemic arose from my first observation. As far as I am concerned, I continue to see nothing offensive in it. I hope that if there was indeed this misunderstanding, the matter can be resolved more serenely. Also because, "the table is not poorly set at all and the food is not disgusting at all!" therefore, if possible, I would like to continue staying with you.

Massimiliano
I am glad to have been wrong in my observation if that is how things are.
I will answer you point by point...
1) Ok, but for problems inherent to the use of the platform, one does not write delicate phrases like "... and does this seem like an intuitive and immediate method?? moreover settings in English! it feels like configuring Windows instead of two chats in a forum.. bah :wacko:" because to me, this, yes, seems only like sterile provocation. It would have been nicer to say "would it be possible to improve this thing?". In any case, you can always ask other users how to use certain forum functions and you will see that with a little effort, it won't seem so difficult. These are things everyone does here and they have never had problems.
As I repeat to you, everyone knows that, compatible with my commitments, in the end I have always satisfied user requests, provided they were mass requests; it seems obvious to me. You cannot tinker with the code for every whim of every user, otherwise it would become a full-time job and not a passion to cultivate in your spare time.
2) No one else so far has encountered problems with the use of this forum; someone with registration, problems that depend on spam configurations of their own email inbox which determines the impossibility of validating the registration—a situation over which neither the platform nor I have control—but they have contacted me via email and I have always fixed everyone's problems. If you are the only one having problems navigating this site, I hypothesize a lack of familiarity with IPB platforms. Perhaps you feel more comfortable with open-source phpBB type CMS, which on the administration side have a ton of problems with spammers and security, as well as, in my opinion, with user-side navigation, but this second hypothesis only concerns my perspective.
3) It depends on viewpoints, also because regarding these defects, out of 3000 users it seems that the only one to see them has been you... (Now I am not talking about you, but I am referring back to the idea of the first post I sent you) I do not share the idea of going to platforms with the pure intention of making criticisms and in my opinion, as I told you in the other post, I also think it is stupid to talk about competition on the web. In this field, products are not sold, so what should the competition be? However, I tell you that we have had several diatribes with trolls who came here only to spam or smear, people who have not published any posts regarding piano-related issues, piano technique, or music in general, and who came only to cause damage.
4) Because if you believe there is something to improve, it shouldn't be the community that does it; I must do it, provided I have access to the code. The discussion with"
I find the community constructive if there are proposals, but I don't think I have read any. I have no pride to defend; among other things, I connect very little due to my commitments and I try to avoid disputes whenever possible. What I defend are solely the interests of the platform, so that it remains a clean and "harmonious" place, just to stay on theme.
