Good morning everyone,
it has been a while since I started following your forum and, having not found an answer to my question, I decided to register and ask it myself!
I am the son of an oboe graduate and piano player, and since my father has been trying to buy a digital piano for several years but never does due to economic reasons, this year I decided to buy it for him myself as a Christmas gift. He hasn't played for a few years now, but I remember the beautiful afternoons spent listening to him while he played.
My budget is around ā¬600, and a used instrument would also be fine with me. I know that at this price it is not easy to find good instruments, but I hope you can still give me some advice.
He likes playing classical music and has always played on an acoustic piano, so I would prefer a digital piano with key weight similar to that of an acoustic piano; furthermore, it wouldn't be bad if it already had sounds and also the possibility, via SD, to import musical backing tracks.
That is all, I hope for many responses from you,
good day and good music to everyone,
Valoppi96
P.S.: I saw a used Roland FP7 (which I know to be quite good) on an online musical marketplace coming from Bari for ā¬750; in your opinion, is it worth the expense or is it better to aim for something else???
