It is honestly a bit "pathetic". It's already impossible, after only a short time, not to "rework" and "fabulize" the past. One must delve deeper and read. The book "Some Aspects of Chopin" by A. Cortot gives a good idea of who the composer was and what he had in mind. The fact of making his only photo speak is disgusting. Nothing else can ever represent an Artist better than his Work.

In my opinion, this documentary should be watched by a non-“expert”; these effects entertain the listener while a figure speaks.. Anyone who is not truly passionate or finds themselves on that page out of pure curiosity will close the video at the first letter or monologue without animation/entertainment, I guarantee it.

Obviously, if you want to know Chopin, you have to read, listen, play.. but not everyone has taken the same path as some, so I don't criticize it; on the contrary, I applaud people like this.
