First of all, a sound identical to a piano (the vibration of a string) cannot be physically reproduced by a vibrating membrane (such as a keyboard speaker).
That being said, with a budget of 100 euros, you cannot expect much.
The two models you mentioned are, in my opinion, semi-toys. Of the two, I have only tried the YPT-210.
Since I do not know your musical ambitions, I cannot recommend something specific to you.
By the way, obviously the keys of the YPT-210 are not weighted, but I don't know if this feature might interest you.

A "weighted" keyboard is a keyboard whose keys are not soft, but present a resistance very similar to that of a piano. (you can verify this characteristic when names like Graded Hammer Action or similar appear)
In short, when you press them, you realize they are not soft, but rather have a "weight". If you go to a keyboard store and ask, you will immediately understand the difference.
