Leaving aside the usual reticent question of academic resentment... do conservatory students even want to play it?!?!?!
I won't even comment on the arboreal asteroid

They have gone crazy at NASA.

In fact, in all literature faculties they want to study Harmony instead of Foscolo...

Well... regarding the dedications they give to NASA, what is there to say? It's just saying the same thing over and over.
Everyone can dedicate whatever they want to whomever they want. Even to their grandmother. As long as she was a good person. If anything, I would have something else to say. Streets and squares are dedicated to deceased people (at least here in Italy). For asteroids, they do a bit of whatever they want . . .
Allevi's sermon isn't even that bad. As for the music, I don't know.
Rather, I'll change course a bit; I "like" this "question":
«Have you read about Beethoven, who composed following the rhythm of his sick heart? «The music we write is what the body needs. Sergio Griffa, while preparing the piano in the studio for "Love", tuned it as closely as possible to the timbre of my voice, so that you would recognize me in it». Napolitano, who was named a Knight, has taken his bow.»
Beethoven - Griffa - Napolitano . . . Don't you think? . . . and then? . . . . . .

Giovanni, to me you are a phenomenon.. you have succeeded, with nothing, where others have always failed.. you captured the audience by perfectly understanding the musical incompetence of millions of Italians, of every age and culture, reassuring them linguistically, passing off a repetitive and banal déjà vu as something new, with modest melodic lines and arpeggiated accompaniments on tenths (in root position) that any somewhat experienced pianist would do extemporaneously. Then, your degree in philosophy certainly didn't hurt, which allows you to make every one of your words, even the most common ones, sound hieratic. I remember one of your public dissertations where fans fell at your feet when you spoke of "tonic," of "leading tone," of "form," and now of "music" and of "love." You are certainly not the first to speak of these things, but hearing all this from your mouth is enough to make one tremble..
Bravo Giovanni.. maybe every once in a while in private you admit to yourself and to your people that you are a fraud—a millionaire one, certainly, but still a fraud?
With affection.
