What do you think about the studies in question?

Has any of you done it, and what can you tell me about its usefulness?

Above all, I am fascinated by the detail "school of the mechanism" and what it intervenes upon; what didactic and technical functions does such a work possess?

Suggestions for approaching this study of the mechanism?

A progressive method of studies that should be approached in order; in reality, the ones that truly deserve so much are the last 3... and in particular the last one which is very beautiful.

I think we have read them all. The "studies" are useful, but they must "Pass"...they must lead us immediately to the next collection with greater difficulties. Along with the Studies, a collection of small pieces by Great Authors must be provided alongside them.

I know they are part of the conservatory's pre-academic course program, they are useful but I prefer Heller
