I was playing on my digital piano just now and I realized how difficult it can sometimes be to correctly execute all the dynamics, especially when in the same hand some fingers are on chromatic keys and others are not... I think this difficulty arises mainly on digital pianos that don't even have weighted keys (like mine 😆 )... what do you recommend? Personally, I try to dose the "weight" of each single finger as much as possible, but it's a bit difficult... Maybe some of you also find yourselves in this difficulty... I am reaching out especially to those who don't have a real piano...
The point is this: as soon as you can, get yourself a good digital piano, if you cannot afford an acoustic one. The feedback one receives is totally different for the development of technique and therefore musicality. However, every cloud has a silver lining: since you have a synth-action type mechanism (from what I remember from your videos), by practicing dynamic control you will worry much more compared to a weighted mechanism, where dynamics are easier to control due to inertia, and therefore you will manage to acquire greater sensitivity with the right adjustments.
If you buy a digital piano, I advise against buying new because, in my humble opinion, the prices are unjustified for what they offer.
