hello everyone

I am doing ear training every day for a few hours divided throughout the day. I have noticed that since I started doing these exercises, recognizing single notes, chords, etc., makes my right ear and also the teeth on the right side hurt. It might seem strange to you and it feels strange to me too, but that's how it is..... did this happen to you too? Is it normal??

I have never practiced this activity, having been fortunate enough to have a fairly lucky ear, although - if I am not mistaken - we discussed the programs and the underlying theory, it seems to me specifically with You.

I don't know therefore what is happening, but I know - for certain - that when you apply yourself to doing something with high expectations and without relaxing, you don't just get ear or toothaches, but also aches in your hands, feet, and shoulder.

In short, I wouldn't want You to be conducting the activity without relaxing Yourself and without conducting it in a playful manner, something that would help You not only to avoid pain, but also to improve faster.

Hello, and let's hear from the others as well.
