I have a Steinway O 180, this morning while I was practicing, the pedal of one string got stuck, meaning that after releasing it the keyboard remained shifted to the right and strangely by pressing the right pedal it returned to its place, what could have happened? I tried a thousand times and most of the time it remained stuck
The mechanism must be extracted and the areas lacking graphite must be identified. Then, check the external pedal mechanism. If a dry Teflon spray were used instead of graphite, it would be better.
domiad I invite you not to open multiple threads with the same content. Writing one or three does not put you in a position to receive more replies, it simply gives more work to the moderators and administrators to search for them and have to remove them.
