this could be considered a sub-thread of that other one, also opened by myself,
on the logistical and mental management to avoid succumbing to the final exam of the composition course.
i don't know, but perhaps this new topic could reveal a hidden world of which many
ignore the existence! ;-P
all jokes aside....just today, in class, while talking with the maestro, we spoke about the necessity
of not collapsing physically and mentally (in essence, the attempt to survive! ;-P)
and so I was advised to resort to some "energy little help"!
naturally I am not talking about illicit substances but about herbal products that some
consume habitually.
- GINSENG (or ginger, if you will): it seems to provide a significant boost.
i have tried it, indeed the boost is felt, but having taken it via an infusion
(ginseng tea) I noticed that on me it also has a powerful anti-soporific effect.
- good old COFFEE, whose pros and cons are known to everyone
- my maestro spoke to me about FERMENTED PAPAYA: it seems like a powerful remedy; it fights
free radicals, it is a natural product; it seems to have no side effects....actually maybe one: the cost
50 precious euros for a pack of 20 sachets....at least that's how I understood it.
does anyone know anything else?
and above all, have any of you ever taken fermented papaya? if so, what is it like? is it worth it?
