Solved the escapement problem!

The key dip was set to 8mm, so the escapement wouldn't "click" properly if adjusted below 3mm

Currently I am increasing the dip to 10mm and everything works perfectly

Is there any particular adjustment regarding Bechstein 8 verticals?

Agreed, I now have a hammer-to-string distance of 48mm, let-off 10mm, escapement 2mm low, 1.5mm middle, 1mm high, hammer flange about 15mm...

Everything seems to be working well

Now I would like to graphite the upright and the grooves of the damper levers where the spring pushes

Would pure liquid graphite for drawing be okay?

certainly. The important thing is that it doesn't build up thickness and that it doesn't "clump". A dry Teflon spray is also fine.

Agreed maestro, then I will use a bit of graphite "pencil"

Regarding the adjustment of the parameters, I noticed that by bringing them as close as possible to the nasetto, one has the possibility of rebating the note more easily...

Is it just my impression or is it actually like that? Better closer or further away?

Yes, when playing pp the escapement occurs less than 1 cm from the string, the minimum required to let it resonate

this would seem to me to facilitate the marcato/rebound (as much as possible on the vertical)

In addition, one thing is not clear to me...

When talking about adjusting the escapement to 1cm or 1.5cm, does it mean the distance between the jack/regulating lever or between the hammer/string?

Well, then I hope I've done a good job...

As for lubrication, would a common 9B or 12B pencil also work?

Or does it have to be pure graphite powder?

As for hardness, I found 6B, I hope it's okay...

How should the surface be treated before rubbing the graphite over it?

And how can one tell if there is a lot of friction in the pushers or forcole?

I read somewhere that they should fall under their own weight... Is that right?

I did a test...

It seems that there is excessive friction, the levers do not fall at a constant speed but move in jerks or do not move at all...

Some levers only move with double the recommended weight

It is not enough to "change the pins". One must bore the cashmere with straight reamers and not conical ones, and enlarge the pins. It is a job for experts.
