The usual terrifying Italian sloppiness and the obtuseness of certain goat-like bureaucracy... (with all due respect to the goats)

"CULTURE", the Expo, the "excellences", the "relaunch", the "image"...
It's all gone to hell because they didn't keep an eye on the surveyors and the "ambient designers", and those people placed an armored and immovable table on the stage for them.
