I hope you can see and, above all, hear the video.
In the second octave, I hear a very faint sound and I perceive, both by touch and hearing, an annoying vibration.
Then from the third octave onwards, nothing can be perceived anymore.
Obviously, I did not use the pedal.

unfortunately the video cannot be seen. Anyway, these things must be seen up close. A good technician must know how to evaluate how to solve the problem (adjustment? hammers to be replaced? strings or string to be replaced? etc.. )
