For those who have FB, you can read here:

FB: Proposed updates to the documents governing the site

A part of the excerpt... there are also some interesting comments, it seems to me that things are being exaggerated, no?

Declaration of Rights and Responsibilities

As part of the update we are proposing, we have modified the explanation of how certain information (such as name, profile picture, and each user's content) may be used in connection with our advertisements or commercial content. We have made this change to ensure that users clearly know that, by using our services, they grant Facebook permission to make such use of their information. This update is part of a legal process we have been involved in regarding our advertising system, and we hope this explanation helps all users understand how we use information. To this end, we have also included an example of how advertisements work.

We have also made some other changes to ensure that all users are aware that Facebook applications may be updated occasionally and that, although Facebook offers its services free of charge, the user is still responsible for paying any costs related to data transfer or the transmission of text messages.

For example, I did not understand the part where it is written that although Facebook offers its services free of charge, the user is nonetheless responsible for paying any costs related to data transfer or the transmission of text messages.
