FIGARO THE BARBER with Elio
Elio, the leader of Storie Tese, returns to the theater with an eccentric chamber version of Rossini's "Il Barbiere di Siviglia". The show presents an original reduction of the opera, performed by the Trio composed of Roberto Fabbriciani on flute, Fabio Battistelli on clarinet, and Massimiliano Damerini on piano, great performers of classical music and soloists with Claudio Abbado. Elio, in the role of the narrator, dialogues with the audience, recounts the salient moments of the libretto, and introduces the characters of the era in a funambolic manner. The show was recorded at the Teatro Petrella in Longiano, directed by Emanuele Garofalo.
