I discovered that Finale contains an interesting plugin located in the "Scoring and arranging" category called "Canonic Utilities". You can obtain all variants of a phrase (inversion, retrograde, retrograde inversion), including all transposition options. It's a bit complex to learn, but you can get everything we need
