Hi everyone! I have just joined the forum! I am not a "real" pianist, just an enthusiast who enjoys playing... but since my passion has really increased a lot, and with it the hours spent studying or playing, I would be sorry to build up non-existent technique, given that I play on a keyboard with semi-weighted keys, so I have decided to look for a digital piano.
I chose a digital one for several reasons: first of all because it allows me to play even at night, secondly because it is less bulky, and unfortunately I have serious space problems at home.
The fundamental thing for me is that the keys are as similar as possible to those of an acoustic piano; this is the most important thing.
Second, naturally, the sound.
I am not interested in technological cutting-edge, for now.
Finally, the bulk. In this sense, I had aimed for the Yamaha P85 (or more recent models!), which has the thickness of a keyboard; then you can add the wooden stand and the 3-pedal unit, and it is really very compact!
I would find everything for under ā¬500! Keep in mind that my budget is quite variable, but as a maximum ceiling I had set around ā¬800, perhaps looking mainly for used items!
Thanks to everyone who will help me!
Regards and have a nice day!
