Hello everyone,

I recorded a piano track in audio format using Logic Pro 9. I realized that upon listening, the timbre is not very convincing. Is it possible to convert this audio track into a MIDI file (MIDI instrument track) so that I can assign it a different piano timbre (among those I have in a dedicated library) and perhaps add some effects?

You need to look for a wave to midi converter; you won't be very satisfied with the result because the converter doesn't care about the musical score that might be behind it and many things are lost

No, polyphony is impossible to process regarding a discourse related to the sum of harmonics.
