I am publishing this old piece, which was part of a workshop that I recently "restyled"....., libraries used: Vienna chamber strings doubled by LASS.

Those were the good old days, with 20 escapes to the lab

Riascotlato molto volentieri Geppino. Bella! (fra l'altro recentemente citata in un topic sul quartetto d'archi)

... it only depends on us. For example, you haven't been around the LABs for a while

I thank you for the appreciation, your encouragement is of great support to me; I also guiltily skip the workshops even though I follow you silently. There are many commitments (as for everyone else, really...), unfortunately my health does not always support me and sometimes I lack that serenity and mental availability required to engage with the wonderful initiatives of the forum. Furthermore, in recent months I have developed this obsession with audio rather than with the actual compositional aspects....

At first I wasn't "convinced" upon a first listen; it always depends on the initial impact one has with a composition, but then listening to it again, I appreciated the smoothness and the continuous tension sustained by the parts.

You must always imagine the result with real instruments.

A short but effective work.
