Giorgio Falletti never really enthused me much, perhaps because his style was, for me, too unique, but I have always recognized great merits in him and have always spoken of him with the respect that MUST be given to an authentic artist. He was certainly a well-rounded artist: from cabaret to series and profound reflections on life and society. When a man of this stature passes away, even though I did not follow him assiduously, I always feel a certain sadness, because sooner or later, as people who show depth of soul and love for art continue to disappear, this world will increasingly be populated by those belonging to the category of imbeciles...
