Good evening, I own an Essex grand piano, and it has a problem that is making me uneasy; every time I press the right pedal, the sustain, it emits a noise like a hum. I have the impression that what happens is that by lowering the dampers, the pedal causes all the strings to vibrate, producing this unpleasant noise that I hear EVERY TIME I lift and lower the pedal. Is this normal??? The dealer claims it is, what do you say?
