Probably too little let-off or too much hammer-to-string distance. If, after adjusting these two distances, the phenomenon continues, you need to carefully recheck the geometry of the action (alignments, other distances, escapement wippen bearings, etc...)

It is not an easy task, anyway, to establish the correct regulation; above all, one must first check if there are any obstructions and/or friction. Then, one must follow, as a general rule, the specifications recommended by the Manufacturer. Close to these, the regulation can be customized. For example, the hammer rail must not be heavily grooved and/or, even worse, excessively shaved and/or with an incorrect shape. The rollers must not appear very flattened, the fork pins must not be sluggish, etc...

si, thanks to your advice I solved the problem, by adjusting the depth of the key just right.
i had also tried working on the pusher spring, loosening it a little and I was already noticing an improvement.
