I apologize for my question which does not concern the piano, but every search leads here.

To facilitate movement between wood and metal, is it better to use graphite or teflon micropowder?

Should both be applied to the wood and/or the metal?

thanks in advance for the answer

p.s. The forum is extremely interesting and acquiring technical knowledge of the instrument and its maintenance is very useful and interesting, also to understand more about the work an expert technician does and the assessments they make regarding the condition of one's own piano. Compliments.
