A position it only regains at the moment of total release?

Maybe the escapement is too close to the string, maybe there is too much aftertouch....
1) Comparing the aftertouch with adjacent keys, do you find it to be homogeneous?
2) Does the paramartello (jack), when playing softly, touch the leather of the wippen?
3) Is the spring (bretellina) correctly tensioned?
to tell the truth, the hammers leave a small space if I play softly, less than half a mm
the springs do not seem to me to be at maximum tension at all,

i would like to add that the test I performed was to lower the escapement buttons slightly using that screw with a small circle on the head, in order to force the escapement bar to move away a minimum amount sooner. In effect, it seems to have worked, but as I repeat, as an amateur I don't know if (though it doesn't seem so to me) my action implies any other unforeseen consequences (the key weight seems homogeneous and unchanged, at least significantly; the repeated note is clean and clear both forte and piano...) today I will call technical assistance since the piano is almost new; besides this, I would also like to receive some comments so as to get an idea and refine my experience a bit. thank you very much!

When the hammer bounces, it is almost always due to insufficient key dip. By this, we mean the measurement from the resting position of the key to its full depression. To increase this distance, you can remove a little thickness under the key. It should be verified whether the general dip of the keyboard is shallow. A general check should be performed for other adjustments or impediments that a skilled Technician will be able to verify.

If you solved it by delaying the escapement a little, that's fine.... But when the technician arrives, have everything checked; with use, the felts tend to compress, including those of the escapement buttons, so the escapement reduces. I would definitely follow Pianoexpert's advice!
In my opinion, the hammer rails must brake the capstan even on pianissimo; it is not good if it remains free to oscillate!
I would therefore consider, if necessary, advancing the hammer rails a little as well....
P.S. Technicians are not all like Pianoexpert; sometimes they are touchy and do not like to discuss technique: always take the side of the person who does not know
Hello, regarding key rebound, having reached halfway through the stroke, perhaps even a little after, the hammer seems to have a small obstacle to overcome (the escapement lever, I believe); from there, by acting on the cylinder, I increase or decrease the hammer rebound. What is the advantage and disadvantage?

Small obstacle..... it might be the damper clips... They can be loosened a little! By taking care to delay the action of the dampers slightly by acting on the dampers, some benefits can be obtained....
One must also check the "pre-regulation"... I think I will have to make a short video on the "succession" of the regulation steps. The escapement column, in the tail, must be aligned with the inner line of the small wooden core of the roller, so verify if the depth is insufficient!
