Hand Pain

I assume it is a source of stiffness. Why don't you make a video and post it?

How old are you, and how long have you been playing the piano? Perhaps this is information that could be useful for understanding. My mother, for example, has finger pain because my mother has arthritis, but my mother is elderly regardless. I hope you resolve your problem.

P.S. Have you thought about talking to a doctor as well? Could it be inflammation of a tendon? Keep us informed.

Hand pain is almost always dictated by stiffness, as Paolo has already said, but sometimes it could also derive from repeated incorrect strain. Post the video and follow the advice of Paolo and Simone. Bye.

Watch closely how you perform the same passage, as if you had to play it with your right hand instead of your left.
