Good evening everyone, I wanted to ask if you could help me with the harmonic analysis of Danzi's sonata for clarinet and piano. I have to write a paper on this sonata and I would need to know the essentials: what key it is in, the modulations, the presence of particular chords, how the sonata is structured, cadences, etc... I am not very good at harmony and I wouldn't want to write nonsense, thanks to whoever helps me.

Forgive me, but the harmony is not there. I only read the clarinet part. Many things can be understood, but the original harmonization is important

I prefer to express an even stronger opinion: if you do not know harmony and you have to do a harmonic analysis assignment, then it is best that you study and do it. At most we can (I can) correct, give specific opinions on specific doubts. But it is unfair, dishonest, and incorrect to do someone else's homework.

And that is what I have also been maintaining for years now. At least one attempt on a limited number of measures, like this... just doesn't work.

Here we go again, I was missing those who don't do their harmony and analysis homework and then ask for it... at least if there were the piano part... he/she just made up the harmonies for me.

If you agree, I would ban them, setting aside the fact that they probably won't log back in after the responses you gave them. If he is intelligent, he is working on it; you are probably right and he won't be seen again in the short term. The result would be the same even without a ban. But if he has a shred of true cunning (obtaining a free correction for his own work), perhaps he will propose something.
