I introduce myself as G-Cloud and I am a young enthusiast of the piano and music in general. I attend a scientific high school and this year I have resumed playing the piano through weekly lessons after a 2-year hiatus. Just today I literally "landed" at this wonderful place and I did not hesitate to register since I am certain that I will have much to learn here and I would be pleased to be active in this musical community.
My keyboard is a DGX-530 YPG-535. At the beginning of my journey I was doing well, but later, starting the study of jazz, blues, etc., I began to notice that having a weighted keyboard is fundamental and since this one is not, I find it difficult to play fluidly on an actual piano or otherwise on another (weighted) keyboard.

Unfortunately, these are the drawbacks of digital; I think it is appropriate to first gain a certain confidence on an acoustic one before eventually relying on digitals, which, even if high quality, always lack something (I mean in terms of bringing the pianist to complete technical mastery).
