I have just landed on this forum... I must say it's veeeery interesting.
After dreaming of the piano for years, years ago I bought a GEM digital and started strumming around a bit; after a year I moved to a used acoustic piano of the Kawai brand, which to tell the truth, despite various tunings, never enthused me with its sound and timbre. Now, after many years, I would like to start playing it again and I am looking here and there for some advice for a tuning worthy of the name.... Otherwise, I'll sell everything and switch to a digital piano... with its pros and cons. I still have so much to learn...
Welcome Anto (I believe Antonio). Your Kawai deserves to be played. You will surely find a good technician who will know how to "care for" your instrument. Then you will get great satisfaction from your piano. Happy Music, Paolo
